Our S550 Chassis Mount Kits are in the final stretch of production. After a previous supplier's run did not meet our quality standards, we moved production to a new machine shop that is now producing precision laser cut and formed brackets to our exact spec. Production was also delayed by a flood that closed our shop for roughly three weeks in late August.
These kits are being completed in two batches. Batch 1 covers all existing orders and is being powder coated in-house to speed things up, with an estimated ship date of Mid-October 2026. Batch 2 is being powder coated by our machine shop partner, and new orders will ship from this batch beginning Late October 2026. All orders ship in the order they were received.
We have also ordered extra stock, so once everything arrives we will have roughly 10-12 additional kits that are not yet spoken for (as of October 8th, 2026). Some customers have successfully installed this kit on vehicles with various forced induction intercooler setups, but fitment is not confirmed by us. These installations may require some cutting and/or creativity. If you have questions about your specific setup, please email help@liquivinyl.com.

Installation requires removal of the front bumper. We recommend having a friend assist with alignment during installation. Once the brackets are mounted to the chassis, your LVA front splitter attaches to the brackets using the included hardware.
Required Tool: You WILL need some sort of M6 Rivnut/Nutsert tool. Unfortunately, we do not sell them at this time. Don't worry! There are popular options on Amazon ranging from $14-$40. Click here to view those options.

Do I need to remove my bumper to install these?
Yes, the front bumper must be removed to install the chassis mount brackets.
Will this work with my existing LVA splitter?
This chassis mount kit is compatible with MOST LVA S550 front splitters. Please check the Fitment Guide section of this listing to confirm compatibility with your specific splitter and vehicle.
Should I still use support rods with chassis mounting?
Yes, we recommend using support rods even with chassis mounting. More mounting strength is always better, and support rods provide additional stability and peace of mind.
Is this compatible with lowered vehicles?
Yes, the chassis mount kit works with both stock and lowered vehicles. Just be mindful of your ground clearance when selecting splitter options.
