At LVA, "lead time" refers to the total amount of time required to produce, process, and fulfill an order before it is shipped to one of our customers. Since all of our products are made to order, the lead times listed below encompass several key stages: CNC machining, machine sanding and polishing, order customization, and final packaging.
Because we handle every step of production in-house right here in the USA, lead times can vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand. The timeframes listed below reflect our estimated lead times for each product category and are subject to change throughout the year.
All S650 Rear Diffuser orders are currently being fulfilled as a preorder to support the first production run following an extensive period of testing, R&D, and refinement. Early units are scheduled to begin shipping in late January of 2026, with some orders potentially shipping sooner as initial batches are completed.
Each Diffuser is fully manufactured in-house at our Indiana facility, while the powder-coated metal chassis mounting brackets are produced by one of our trusted heavy metal partners. The preorder process allows us to secure a dedicated bulk run of these brackets and streamline the production schedule for early customers. All units ship in the order they are received.
Any Splitter that is NOT listed in the Elite Series list below is currently being fulfilled within our normal lead time.
Some of our Front Splitter offerings have been upgraded into our new Elite Series product line, featuring substantial improvements. Each Elite Series Splitter will utilize a 2x thicker version of our patented Hybrid Aluminum material for increased rigidity, a 2-piece modular design for easier installation, and enhanced OEM+ fitment for a more seamless appearance. The new design also incorporates recessed mounting holes, beveled leading edges, optional scrape-strakes/pucks, as well as precision laser-etched detailing.

Our current stock of these chassis mount kits is sold out. We have 30 kits on order with our supplier, but they have not arrived yet. Orders placed before their arrival will reserve units from the incoming stock.
