At LVA, "lead time" refers to the total amount of time required to produce, process, and fulfill an order before it is shipped to one of our customers. Since all of our products are made to order, the lead times listed below encompass several key stages: CNC machining, machine sanding and polishing, order customization, and final packaging.
Because we handle every step of production in-house right here in the USA, lead times can vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand. The timeframes listed below reflect our estimated lead times for each product category and are subject to change throughout the year.
Our RTR 2pc Elite Series Front Splitter for the S650 Mustang is now available for pre-order. This is our most aggressive RTR splitter design yet, featuring a two-piece construction with our signature Hybrid Aluminum build and precision CNC machining. Orders are being fulfilled in the order they are received.
New pre-orders placed today are running 5-6 weeks from the date of order. In late August, a flood closed our shop for roughly three weeks, which pushed back production on existing orders. If you are currently waiting on any Elite Series order, please allow an additional 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work through every order.
All Titanium Scrape Guard orders are currently being fulfilled as a preorder. These CNC-machined titanium pucks are produced by one of our trusted heavy metal manufacturing partners, then laser-etched with our ghosted LVA logo in-house at our Indiana facility.
Our Scrape Guards have been redesigned, and production is now locked in with our manufacturing partner. Every unit is quality inspected before it ships, and orders go out in the order they are received once stock is approved.
Any Splitter that is NOT marked as "out of stock" is currently being fulfilled within our normal lead time, listed below. Lead times vary by model, with many Splitters shipping in as little as 1-2 business days.
Our S650 Rear Diffuser is now in full production and shipping to customers. Each kit includes our Hybrid Aluminum chassis mount brackets, which are manufactured in-house at our Indiana facility. Lead times are currently 3-4 weeks, and we are continuing to refine our production process to bring that number down.
Batch 1 of our S550 Chassis Mount Kits arrived on Monday, October 19th, 2026 and has shipped. Batch 2 arrives on Monday, October 26th, 2026 and will ship out that same week. All orders ship in the order they were received.
Once all pre-orders have shipped, we will have roughly 10 kits in stock, and we intend to keep this kit in stock from here forward.
Our Gloss Black V.2 Support Rods, along with a few other colors, are currently on backorder. A new production run is on order and expected to arrive in mid-November 2026. Orders for backordered colors will ship in the order they were received as soon as stock arrives. Any color not on backorder ships within our normal lead time listed below.
