At LVA, "lead time" refers to the total amount of time required to produce, process, and fulfill an order before it is shipped to one of our customers. Since all of our products are made to order, the lead times listed below encompass several key stages: CNC machining, machine sanding and polishing, order customization, and final packaging.
Because we handle every step of production in-house right here in the USA, lead times can vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand. The timeframes listed below reflect our estimated lead times for each product category and are subject to change throughout the year.
Our S650 Rear Diffuser is shipping. Every kit includes chassis mount brackets, and you now have two bracket options to choose from. The option you select determines how soon your order goes out. All units ship in the order they are received.
Option 1: Hybrid Aluminum Brackets (faster)
These are made in-house at our Indiana facility. They are the brackets shown in our installation guide and on the S650 in our product listing, with no compromise on strength whatsoever. Because we produce them ourselves, orders that select this option move out the door much sooner. We have already shipped roughly 60% of pre-orders on Hybrid Aluminum brackets. If you want quicker shipping, email help@liquivinyl.com to switch your order to Hybrid Aluminum.
Option 2: Full Metal Brackets (slower)
These have finished production and are now with a third party powder coater. Due to the large size of the order, finishing is taking a while. We have no control over third party timelines, so these will ship as soon as they come back to us. If you are set on the full metal brackets, just know there is a wait. If you want the same performance with quicker shipping and a slightly more rough-around-the-edges finish, switch to Hybrid Aluminum.
All Titanium Scrape Guard orders are currently being fulfilled as a preorder. These CNC-machined titanium pucks are produced by one of our trusted heavy metal manufacturing partners, then laser-etched with our ghosted LVA logo in-house at our Indiana facility.
We are currently waiting on stock to arrive from our manufacturer. Every unit is quality inspected before it ships, and orders go out in the order they are received once stock is approved.
Any Splitter that is NOT marked as "out of stock" is currently being fulfilled within our normal lead time, listed below.
At this point in time, all of our Elite Series Front Splitter pre-orders have been fulfilled and delivered. We'll be opening them up for new orders soon. Keep an eye on the website, email newsletter, and social media pages for release details.
Our current stock of these chassis mount kits is sold out. The next batch has cleared production and is now with a third party powder coater, the same situation as our full metal S650 brackets. Due to the large size of the order, finishing is taking a while. We are targeting the end of June, but we have no control over third party timelines and cannot confirm a hard ETA. Orders placed before their arrival will reserve units from the incoming stock.
